Welcome to IN TRANSIT. By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. ABOUT US
IN TRANSIT is an independent retailer based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling original stock sourced from third-party retailers and consignment suppliers. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor for any brand named on this website. Brand names referenced in our product listings are used solely to accurately describe the origin and manufacturer of individual garments.
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION
All items listed for sale are sourced as genuine stock from the brands named on each product page. Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as original stock in new condition. As items are sourced from bulk consignments and end-of-season stock, minor variations from standard retail presentation may occur — such as missing original poly packaging, re-folded garments, or the absence of a brand carrier bag. These variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the item itself and will be noted on the listing where applicable.
3. SIZING
Product measurements are listed on each product page, taken flat and in inches, following the original brand's sizing. As sizing conventions vary between brands, we recommend comparing the listed measurements against a similar item you already own before placing an order. For general guidance, see our Size Guide.
4. STOCK AVAILABILITY & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Due to the limited, single-run nature of our inventory, most items are available in one or two units per size and are not restocked once sold. Product availability shown on the website is not a guarantee of stock until your order has been confirmed by our team. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order — for example, due to a near-simultaneous order for the same item — we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an exchange for an alternative item.
5. PRICING
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with the customer notified and offered a full refund.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery may be confirmed by our team via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch, to reduce failed deliveries. We reserve the right to cancel or require advance payment for orders from customers with a history of repeated unclaimed or refused COD deliveries.
7. DELIVERY
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are 48 hours within Karachi and 3–5 business days nationwide, though actual delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location. Full details are available in our Delivery & Returns policy.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY & DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
Payment for Cash on Delivery orders is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Customers may inspect the parcel at the point of delivery solely to confirm the correct item has been sent and that packaging is undamaged, and may decline the parcel at no cost if the wrong item was sent or it arrives visibly damaged. Once a parcel has been accepted and paid for, it is considered a completed sale and is subject to our Refund & Exchange policy — Cash on Delivery does not constitute a trial period, and items cannot be returned for a refund of the COD payment simply due to a change of mind after acceptance.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our separate Delivery & Returns policy, available on our website. Please refer to that policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and process.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images created by IN TRANSIT — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the origin of products sold.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN TRANSIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
